Object Forge, Inc.  is an agile consulting company.   There are a large number of consulting entities ready to serve the needs of customers, but we are different a number of ways:

Capabilities

In order to provide a successful custom solution one must be ready to offer a complete package, while one must always accept the possibility that only a portion of the package is requested as part of a larger solution.  In our own development and project management we make extensive use of the IBM/Rational Unified Process (RUP). We offer resources in a number of areas.

Project Management

We have a number of individuals on staff with long project management experience in the regulated medical device design arena.  

Software Architecture/System requirements/Object Oriented modeling

We have architected systems of all sizes, including mobile computing systems or an enterprise wide image management systems.

Software development

Domain knowledge based software development.

Independent Validation and Verification

Test procedures are developed based on the system requirements and/or Use cases provided by the customer.

User and System Documentation

We develop these types of documents for a number of our clients.  Our staff has several years of experience writing documentation for medical devices.
